Mirror & Super-Mirror Polishing
Achieves #8 architectural mirror and optical-grade super-mirror (Ra < 0.01 µm) on stainless, aluminum, copper and titanium. Used in pharmaceutical, semiconductor and luxury architectural installations.
4×10 ft capacity for architectural cladding, elevator panels and equipment enclosures. Grain direction is controlled, consistent panel to panel, and verified against approved reference samples.
Post-machining finishing for precision components — deburring, edge-break, cosmetic and functional surfaces. We accept parts in batches from 5 to 5,000 with consistent Ra values across the entire run.
ASTM A967 and ASTM B912 compliant passivation and electropolishing for medical, food-grade and marine stainless. Free iron testing, salt-spray documentation and full lot traceability included.
On-site and in-shop restoration for architectural metal, vintage automotive, marine hardware and damaged production parts. Weld-blend, scratch removal, pitting repair and full re-passivation available.
One-off and small-run fabrication with finishing built in — elevator cabs, handrails, signage substrates, custom fixtures. Drawings reviewed for finishability before cutting starts; sample panels available.

Documented Ra values
Every critical surface is measured on a calibrated Zeiss or Mahr profilometer. Reports are issued in PDF with operator, instrument, calibration date and per-zone readings.

Repeatable process windows
Abrasive sequences, wheel speeds, contact pressures and dwell times are codified per material. New operators are trained to the document, not the person next to them.

Material-aware finishing
304 behaves nothing like 316L. 6061-T6 nothing like 7075. We select media, compounds and tooling per alloy, hardness and prior cold-work — not by guessing at the buffer.

Lot-level traceability
Heat numbers, passivation batch IDs, inspection records and operator sign-offs are retained for seven years. Auditor-friendly packs available on request for regulated industries.

Print & sample review
We review the drawing, material cert and any finish callouts. If the spec is ambiguous or unachievable, we flag it before tooling touches the part.

Sample panel
On first-run projects, a 6×6 reference panel is produced and shipped for written approval. Production parameters are locked to the approved sample.

Production finishing
Sequenced grinding, pre-polish, color buff and final mirror/passivation per the locked routing. In-process checks at every stage transition.

Inspection & report
Profilometer readings, visual comparison to the reference panel, photographic record and full traceability pack. NCRs are written, not buried.

Crating & release
VCI film, foam separators and ISPM-15 crating for export. Released with a signed CofC and digital inspection report — same day, every time.
